Tìm amount, ingredient, need và confirmation. Phân biệt ‘không có thông tin’ với ‘chắc chắn không có’.
A useful menu helps people choose; it does not force them to guess. It names the main ingredients in each dish and gives a clear portion or size. For a shared meal, ask guests about their stated food needs before you order. Tell the food provider and request confirmation; do not make your own safety promise. If information is missing, say that it is unknown and ask a responsible adult or trained staff member. Amount matters too. Start with some food and allow people to take more. Lots of small choices can reduce waste: sauce on the side, water in a shared container and fruit in pieces. Respect also matters. Do not demand a private medical story. A person can state a need; a full explanation is not necessary. Clear questions, accurate information and reasonable portions make a meal more welcoming.
