Do not copy a friend's timetable simply because it looks exciting online. Check travel time, cost and the energy each activity needs. Then leave a small open block. That space is not wasted time; it allows for rest, a delayed bus or an unexpectedly long conversation. At the end of the weekend, ask two questions: Did the plan help me do something meaningful? Did I have enough time to rest? The answers can guide next week's choices. A plan is a tool, not a competition for the fullest calendar. A calm rhythm can still feel full of meaning.
