They designed large labels, tested the words with staff and attached the labels during a supervised visit. They did not photograph people who used the centre, and their online report mentioned no private names. The new labels were not expensive, but workers found supplies more quickly. The project taught the group an important lesson: help is not the biggest object. It begins when people listen, agree on a useful action and check whether that action worked.
